Orders are processed within 72 hours of purchase (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked delivery services.

Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs inspection, import regulations, and local restrictions. By placing an order for delivery to Ireland, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

Velonix Labs is not responsible for delays, customs clearance issues, import duties, or the seizure of goods by customs authorities. In the event that a shipment is delayed, held, or confiscated by customs, no refunds or replacements will be issued.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or external factors outside of our control.
