Why we publish

Documentation should support transparency, not replace it.

We work with carefully selected suppliers and invest in independent laboratory analysis as part of our ongoing quality assurance programme. Where Certificates of Analysis are available, they are published to provide additional transparency and supporting analytical documentation for researchers. Our commitment is to continual quality improvement through supplier consistency, periodic independent verification and clear documentation.

Frequently asked

About our documentation.

What is a Certificate of Analysis?
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a document issued by an independent laboratory confirming the results of analytical testing carried out on a specific batch of material.
Does every product have a COA?
No. Independent laboratory analysis is carried out periodically, as part of our ongoing quality assurance programme, and relates to specific batches that have been tested. Only products with a published Certificate of Analysis appear in the library above.
Why do batch numbers change?
Where available, Certificates of Analysis may include batch information relating to the material that was independently analysed. This provides additional context for the published analytical documentation and supports transparency.
How often are certificates updated?
Independent laboratory analysis forms part of our ongoing quality assurance programme. Certificates are published where available following periodic independent verification, and may be updated over time as new analytical documentation becomes available.
How do I know your laboratory testing is genuine?
Velonix Labs uses Janoshik Analytical, an independent third-party laboratory, to carry out analytical testing where applicable. Where a Certificate of Analysis is published, it includes the Janoshik task number and unique verification key issued by the laboratory, allowing researchers to independently verify the certificate's authenticity directly through the Janoshik Analytical website. Using an independent third-party laboratory provides greater transparency and allows researchers to confirm that published analytical documentation was produced by the laboratory, not by Velonix Labs.
